Najma Hashmani has been with the firm since 2004 as a Legal Assistant. She drafts and prepares cases for the attorney’s review conduct investigations and statistical documentary research, locates and develops case-relevant information, meets with clients, collects, examines, and organizes evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation, research regulations, laws, and legal articles, research and compile information that helps strengthen a claim, provides general administrative assistance, maintenance of a case log and file for reference, prepare legal briefs, investigates case facts to ensure the consideration of all relevant information, identify appropriate materials, legal articles, judicial decisions, and laws for assigned cases, organize, analyze, and compile data, develop written statements.
