Diana D’Costa has been with the company since 2006 as Legal Assistant. Ms. D’Costa meet with clients; collects, examines, and organizes evidence and other legal documents for attorney review and case preparation; researches regulations, laws, and legal articles; researches and compiles information that helps strengthen a case; provides general administrative assistance; maintains a case log and/or files for reference; prepares legal briefs; investigates case facts to ensure the consideration of all relevant information; identifies appropriate materials, legal articles, judicial decisions, and laws for assigned cases; organizes, analyzes, and compiles information; develops written statements.
